Ants.

Are entertaining for about 55 minutes in class.. until they run away. Yep. That's just how bored I was today. That was the second half of school anyway, the first half I was with the little kids again. Oh man, that one with the big head, is just hilarious. He kinda looks like what I imagine Gene would have looked like as a little kid.. hmm. Oh and.. he wasn't wearing shoes.. and he put these long blue tubes on his feet. Gosh. I could watch him for hours and be entertained. Hahaha and when he was posing in the mirror.... my god.. I love this kid. Hmm, I drew them an Easter Bunny too. 'twas sweet. Drew a lot of cool stuff today, but nothing I could take home. It was all on the table. :/ Oh well. Time to watch Aladdin! :D ....finally.. -.-

I forgot to complain yesterday..

about my blood blister thingy on my right foot.. and that huge bite on my left foot.. and the other huge bite on my knee.. and my sore shoulder... shoulder feels like after you get a needle. Except a bigger area and more painful. LAME!

BAHHHHHHHHHHHHH, so if you don't wanna read this whole thing. Paraguay was a lol. Falls was amazing. Creepishly big birds are cool. Exchangers are awesome.

Soooo, on Thursday night, had a 14 hour bus trip to... the hotel. Panaroma Hotel or something. Got there at 6:30am-ish. With barely any sleep... Unpacked our stuff. Had breakfast.. then drove to Itaipu... I think. I dono. Anyway, there was a big damn thing there with lots and lots of water going all over the place. Was quite coool. Look.

Yup that was pretty sweet.
Hmm then Paraguay. Shopped for 5 hours >_> (If you don't already know. I can't stand shopping) With people coming up to you literally every minute or less asking if you want (mostly) socks, underwear or usb's. Everything was fake as well. A lot of 'iPods' and 'Ray Bans' Alicia and I bought hippy pants ftw. And a typical brasilian thing... :) and pizza. Ohhhh and the funniest part of Paraguay (although I do feel kind of bad) was this crazy lady bathing in a fountain kind of thing. It wasn't really a fountain though, had like 10-15cm of water in the bottom and actually.. no fountain. Anyway. She really was crazy. She was fully clothed had a little bucket and was.. well attemping to wash herself. I believe. At the same time screaming out things and laughing her head off. Can you imagine? Wow. Then we drove back to the hotel and swam for ages. Played volleyball in the pool with a soccer ball. Ouch..
The next day was when we went to Falls. YEA!

Can't even begin to explain how crazy it was. The water was orange though.. fail. >_> We got super duper wet. Went on an insanely cool boatride into the actual waterfall. Bought souveniers. Had sooo much fun. Saw two big spiders and well. Took lots of pictures.

I freaked out. Thought it was big and scary.. everyone else thought it was normal...
The boat ride. Macuco Safari. Holy moley. We drove completely into the waterfall. So basically. Got completely drenched and couldn't see much except water in your eyes and all. Biggest adrenaline rush. Ever. We did it twice as well. Like... drove into the waterfall. Stayed out for a bit then drove back in. Hahaha. Freaking sweeeet! I felt so sorry for the one random guy that wasn't with our group though..

Hmmmm, so walked around all wet for a while then went to a bird park thingooo. So many freakishly big birds :| Parrots and Tucans mostly.

Hmmmm, then we went back to the hotel for a while before going out for dinner at this huge restaurant with a big stage in the middle with a show on for the whole night. Was cool d00d. My favourite guy was the drummer. First of all.. being a drummer. Looked like he should have been playing in a metal band or something though. Then he did some fire poi. Then he did another poi thing but with hard balls on the end that he hit on the ground to make sweeeet beats. Coolest guy ever! (Crispin, you should learn to do that!)
(eeeep. I have to go soon but I want to finish this before I leave)
So the next day was home time, but first we had our breakfast packed up everything onto the bus and... had an easter egg hunt! Woo! :D Haha, yey Rotary. You're the best. On the way back we stopped at a river place.. where you can see Argentina, Brasil and Paraguay all from the same spot. All seperated by a river. So cool. They have a pointy triangle thing on each country with the flags colours which you can see from either country. Pretty cool. I got pictures.. but they're lame. So I'm not putting them up.. I shall go to bed instead. Nice Rhyme. Goodnight!

I spoke to the Easter Bunny yesterday.

I forgot to say that, but it's a good enough title for today. As I did nothing very interesting today, same old school. Stayed with the little kids again today though. Was aiiight, I suppose. Ohhh, I dono if I said it last week, but there is this one kid with SUCH a big head and a tiny little neck, as in.. it looks like he could end up with serious neck problems :| He's sooooo cute though!
Oh, so I just realised. Falls is actually ina another country.. haha. Cooool. :)
So.. probably a blog tomorrow and then none for a week or so.. maybe less, I'm not actually sure how long I go for.. hmmmmmm. I'm pretty good with this sort of stuff...
Something else I forgot to mention about yesterday.. I was walking home and some guy ran into me with his bike, didn't say anything and just rode off :| Is it just me or is that not okay?
And I bought new shoes today. Still wanting my converse though..... *hint* ;D Oh yeah annnd. I saw my rotary councillor on the way home, Renato. He offered me a lift home but I was about a 1 minute walk away, he's such a cool guy :)

Ever get so tired, that the voices you can hear just seem so far away and you can't seem to concerntrate on anything but wanting to close your eyes. This happens a lot at school.

Waxing... my legs... ARGH! Never doing that again, ever. Hurt such a ridiculous amount and I looked diseased after, copped so many weird looks on the way home >_> awesome. But on the plus side.. I bought a new bag.. Cause my shoulder is getting sick of carrying heavy stuff by itself. >_< Yeah so.. nothing really. Boring day. My legs are on fire. And that's about it. Two months.

Yup, it's the 22nd again. So.. here's the two month mark, sort of I suppose. I guess it was yesterday for you guys. MISS ME?!
So today was pretty aiight, I went to the third grade for the first two classes. The second one we had to go to another room to listen to a lady talk about jobs and whatnot after we finish school. Then one of the teachers lay out 5 or 6 pieces of paper and our whole class (almost 50 people) all spread out on the pieces of paper then had to turn it over without stepping outside the paper.. my group was awesome. We got on the other peoples backs :P TACTICS! YEA! But it didn't work so we jumped onto another groups paper and turned it over while no one was on it :P Anyway, so then I went back to the second grade for the third class... and... I had to go to the same thing.. again! But, that was okay. We did the paper thing again.. and some girl was jumping to another paper and it ripped and she fell over.. ahahhahhhahahhaa. It was actually really funny. But once again, it just doesn't sound it. Maybe I'm just crap at telling stories :P Thennnn spent the next two classes with Sophia changing the pitch of music we were listening to hahaha. Ahhh, what fun :) Then we left after the fifth class and had some lunch.. thennnnnnn. Sophia had to go home and I realised I had to wait around until 1:30 for Dança! So I walked to my host dad's restaraunt and ate some more (FATTTEH!) Then slowwwly walked back to school and yeah.. well.. went to dance class. Was so damn hot. >_< And we learnt a new dance... it was super lame. But thennnn, we all gave up and layed down and the teacher came around each of us and gave us a massage :) :) Came home.. facebook.. then slept for like 3 hours.. yey

Oh yeah and something completely not to do with this.. I found the Jagermeister bus again on Friday night! :D

Uhhhhm.. I'll take the bread.. As if cake and cookies for breakfast... well.. I thought it was weird.. So anyway. Spent the weekend in Joinville for a Rotary thing.. was aiiiiight. Left early Saturday morning.. this sounds boring already.. anyway. While in Joinville all the exchangers met up, inbound and outbounds.. then the inbounds (that's me) went to some lame museum which was suuuper boring.. and I got yelled at for wearing a jumper :| Cause it was a warm day.. that was weird.. and very, very uncomfortable. :/ Then we went to the shopping center for a couple hours.. and I bought new jeans.. and DEFINITELY NOT BECAUSE I'M GETTING FAT :| No but really. That wasn't the reason. They were cheap :) yey. Thennn we went back to Juli's house (another German exchange student who lives in Joinville) Chilled for a while, ate some fewd, watched tv. Then went and had dinner with all the inbounds. But while we were there some guy did something weird. I don't know what it was or what it meant because I couldn't understand what he was saying but.. there was seven candles on poles in a circle with a gap where he stood and a table with a book (bible maybe?) and some other thing on it. Then he lit each candle individually and spoke about each one.. blew them all out. Lit the fourth one again, blew it out and then music played... Weird huh. This was in the the dark too.. Then back to Juli's house and chilled some more.. oh hahah we were all showing pictures from our families and whatnot, then I was looking at Sophia's computer and she screamed! Then I saw what she was screaming at... this HUUUUUGE huge, massive, giant bug thing. AND THEN! It jumped on her arm! So there was lots of screaming and quickly scrambling off the bed.. was probably A LOT funnier than it sounds hahahaa. Then today, (Sunday - Domingo) we went back to the hotel where we first met up and did a whole lot of sitting around and talking, then had luunnnch. Then a lot more nothing, then I gave away heaps and heaps of Australian souveneirs and recieved lots for my blazer :D Then some more doing nothing (today was just such fun) Hmmm I can't even remember what we did today.. :/ oh yeah, all the inbounds walked with their flags and jackets down the middle of where the people were sitting and then we had to say our names, countries where we live there and where we live here. (In portuguese, woo!) And then some more nothing I think.. And after a long while of nothing the mexicans did a lonng presentation about.. Mexico! Can you believe it!? Ohhhhhhh, and NEXT host brother found out that he will go to Ohio! Weow! Pretty exciting :) Hmmm, then on the way home I went with my next host family to visit Adrea's (Host mum) mum and dad.. thennnn.. drove home and... facebook, msn (mum!), email, blog :)

Oh yeah.

I went to the circus. And it was really lame.. Except for two things.. Which were both extremely awesome.. one super freakishly bendy lady.. and a big.. big.. blue.. ball. Yup. That's it.
Not really though. A big ball..about three people tall big.. This is getting annoying.. so two guys come out on motorbikes.. and yes.. they ride around inside the ball :| Upside down and going crazy. Was insane in the membrain! But not as insane and the third guy coming in.. and then the fourth :| Holy moley. I'll put a video up if I can.. Later though.. :3

Brb going hang gliding.

:| yep. So much to write and it was all running through my head today, but now as soon as I'm home I can't remember what it was all about.

Okay. So.. right now is like.. a lot of hours later than when I wrote that up there ^ And a lot has happened. Never went hang gliding.. just went to a factory where they make hang gliders >__> awesome huh. Then I made the rest of my t-shirt.. well not really.. I couldn't finish cause I had to go to my portuguese lesson.....AND THEN, went to the London Pub for Ingra's birthday :) That was good, lots of people from school weow. But.... when I was waiting to be picked up.. Sophia and I were looking and photos.. then.. I looked up and BAM! About 2 seconds later I witness a guy on a motorbike get hit by a car :| Get up, chase the car for about ten meters until it stopped, collapse on the door of the car then get dragged to the pavement by a few people.. I ran half way over to see if he was okay but then I realised there would be no point because I don't speak the language (yet). But that's okay, a lot of other people helped him anyway.. argh. Yep.. so just got home and hearts still beating a little fast.
So anyway.. School was LAAAAME today. Had the worst freaking day.. (complain blog) had a massive head ache and my back was hurting again. This lack of sleep is really getting to me. Which makes me think.. why am I writing this at 1am when I have to be up early tomorrow to go to Joinville for a Rotary thing... hmm. Smart idea hey.. Bah.. schoool.. >_< And the day before.. I didn't bring any books to school because I thought I was going to stay with the kids for the day.. but then I decided to 'forget' because I reallllly was not in the mood. So.. did even less that day.. until I asked Chico for a piece of paper and a pencil. Then drew some.. crap.. Haha. I will pic it when I can be bothered.. but right now.. wow... I FEEL LIKE.. crap. Yup. Crap again, oh and there it is again. My vocabulary is huge..
ARGHH CHEER ME UP, please? Actually. Got THE BEST cheering up today :) but.. still need more. yey.

Of what position I'm in when I wake up, because I am always comfortable. But never comfortable when I'm trying to get to sleep at night.. So school today, had to stay with the kids again, but different ones.. younger.. But it was better this time. Only half a day and I got to eat... >.> then went back to my class for the second half of the day.. boring! Oh well. Then after school... omg.. went to a music shop and I nearly melted on the ground. Wanted to stay there for ever.. FOR EVER! Was amazing.. but then I had to go to dancing.. where I hurt my shoulder.. ouch :( :( Make it better? Puh-lease? Ta.. Ehhh walk home.. screw this. I'm too distracted to write.. and today is about boring stuff you don't wanna read.. I'm out >_<

This is so weird. It's been happening since I first got here. But I forgot to write about it.. until now! :o And of people I don't know very well or even at all. Like, Jesse Lunnon (Aus) Looks like Alexandre (Brasil) and then there's a girl (I don't know ANYONES name by the way.. which is kinda awkward) in my class who reminds me of Sabrina Bondini. Another girl who reminds me of Eliza Hill and Michelle Bateup mixed together. Oh and Mike, I saw some guy walking past me the other day that looked like you and I almost screamed. :| It was weirrrrrd. Anyway. That's about it.. I think.. No.. there was definitely more.. but I can't remember. When I see them again I shall edit :D

So many pointless and informative posts.. Like this one.. This is like a diary for me though.. so.. I guess you can choose to read it or not. I have a headache. They're making a road near my house.. so I have to walk past it when I'm coming home. The fumes made me sick and well, I'm guessing the cause of my headache now. Mixed in with the heat and right after dancing too. Hey Mark. (Does Mark J even read this?) I'm making your band famous in Brasil. That was weird..

I was lying in bed, fell asleep then half woke up and my hand was completely numb, so I moved it and I could feel all the blood rushing back but I was full on spaced out and felt like there were tubes in my hands shrinking and growing, over and over. But then I thought, maybe it's just my veins having the blood pumping through them.. and I'm overreacting. But should you be able to feel that? :/

I feel so free tonight. Yep.. Spyzer. So this is the more detailed post I suppose. A little less tired now. Although I guess there isn't actually that much to tell.. went to a club.. saw a band.. got tired.. slept. Nah there is something worth reading.. Well I thought it was funny but maybe it was a 'you had to be there' moment. So they had played a few songs. Their most famous one "I Feel So Free" to start off with then some covers. Actually.. the whole night consisted of covers :/ They did like 2 songs I haven't heard before.. And I didn't know the band.. until a week or so ago, and still the only song I know by them is I feel so free. ANYWAY, my point was.. after they'd done a few songs (They play house music by the way) There was this big voice over thing.. saying "Spyzer... LIVE!" and it was shown on the screens as well. Then in the middle of the next song.. their stuff starting screwing up.. and the drummer kept 'playing' was hilarious. Turns out they weren't playing live if you didn't get that. Someone spilt a litre of beer on some equipment haha. But they fixed it all and actually played after all that shinanigans. I think.. I'm fairly sure anyway. Sounded good. They covered hmm.. Coldplay, Snow Patrol, Black Eyed Peas (They played "I've got a feeling" WAAAAAY too many times >_> Kings Of Leon annnd I dono. I can't remember the others right now. But it was cool. Turning all that shiznik into house music.. Oh yeah, it was funny.. they sing all the songs.. or majority.. in english and when I talked to the singer after.. he didn't speak english haha. Fail! I told him I was from Australia and he got so excited cause one of the guys in the band plays a didgeridoo, haha. He's like "*:O* AUSTRALIA! REALLLLY?!" Okay so he spoke.. a little.. verrry little english.. Anywho, aiight night.. apart from one thing.. >.>

Do feet even have holes to start with? What I'm saying is that tonight I got stilettoed a lot >_< Argh, they're damn sore. Anyway.. just got home from the 'London Pub' Where no one seemed to speak english... fail.. Spyzer played.. blahblah.. They're big in Brazil.. ugghhh, so it's 5:20am and I got home 20 mintutes ago... Anyway, had an alright day at school, drew pictures of a lot of people in my class.. that was fairly entertaining for quite a while.. man... I feel like I just have absolutely nothing to talk about :/ even though I kinda do.. but just can't be bothered.
I went to Sophia's house after school and we laughed for.. I dunno. A lonnng time, looking at photos. Which was awesome. My intention when I went there was to go in the pool.. but we were too busy laughing at photos. :P By the time we got in the pool.. it was kinda cold.. fail.. ha. But then we got out and ate pizza :)
Went home..... got ready.. all dressed up n shiz then went to someone's graduation.. It was Camilla's sister I believe.. yeah, was kinda boring..
Anyway.. it's the morning.. and I've got such a lack of sleep and a big party tonight. hmmm.. Sleep time soon. When I stop talking to people.. hmmm.. go to bed already.. it's almost 12 guys.. *yes mum*
Okay.. so.. now.. they're gone.. and talking to some other cat who told me how to make a capo with out having to buy one.. Check it out hahha. A pen, a pencil, two hairties and a shoelace. Nice work.

It's always awkward being the first one to finish...

eating.... you're always like "Damn hurry the hell up." or "Did I eat to fast?" or "Maybe they think I'm fat.." ...Well maybe you don't but I'm a little self concious like that :/ Oh well.. today I finished... my food.. last.. and I was thinking "Uh-oh.. she looks bored.. EAT FASTER" So I did :/ anyway.. That was just lunch today.
At school I had to spend the day with the kids........ woo.. A class of 4 maybe 5 year olds.. I don't actually know. But.. it was damn boring. And I have to do it every week every Thursday (Quinta-feira;D) now >_> Apparently it will help me learn portuguese.. but it's not very helpful when they don't talk to me.. just stare at me.. and there is that one kid who repeats everything he says and screams it because I don't understand. Yes.. screaming will make me understand.
Kid: "Você pode jogar com a gente?"
Me: "Quê? Eu não entendo.."
Kid: "VOCE PODE JOGAR COME A GENTE?!?!"
Me: "Oh riiiiight, now I get it."
Yep, that's how it goes. But... that is just an example. I don't actually know what he was saying :/
We looked at trees for a while.. and found out my school grows bananas. Oh man, could they get any cooler? And limes.. I think. But MAN! It was super freaking hot and we were outside in the sun and there were these two kids that wouldn't let go of my hands, jeez. Was going crazy in my head. I pretended to itch my head a few times just so I could let go for a few seconds. It was killing me, their hands were soooo hot and sweaty and gross D: ugghhhh.. Oh and also. I didn't get to freaking eat. I stood and watched them eat, for what felt like a very long time and then I didn't even get to eat anything, how is that fair? And I was too scared to ask. Nor did I even know how.. I guess I could put out a few words that would give them the idea.. but I didn't. So now I don't know why I was the last to finish lunch.. I was super hungry. Oh oh, there's a plus side to all of this. I finished school 50 minutes early because that is when the kids get to go home, woo! But another minus. I forgot I was meant to be staying with the kids today and brought all my books with me to school. ALL of them. Check it out.

So school was aiiiight today.
Made some friends with the kids from the other side of the room. My side of the room apparently sucks.. :/ so yeah. That's all good. Played some soccer (pure brasilian right there) and handball.. weow. When I'm lying in bed and I crack my back.. it is seriously... the best feeling ever.. anywho. I think I'm a day behind on blogs.. OMG.. so this part is for yesterday..
First day back in the second grade again and my god did it SUUUCK! D: I miss the third grade people. Jeez. I was so bored I wrote five whole pages about nothing. READ! It gets more interesting towards the end I think.. I'm just talking about my pencil for a long time at the start.. heh.

Crazy huh? Yeah... read the last like two or three pages. They're better than the start I think.. I THINK.. Yeah, then had a dance class after school... haha. In jeans too >.> Fail.. cause I forgot my stuff. It was super hard.. especially when I didn't know how to do most of the dance because I missed a lesson. FAIL LUCI!

Yeah then stayed bored for another 50 minutes in my class until lunch. YEY!
Annnnd back to class >_> Only entertainment was for about five minutes.. some guy started jumping around rubbing his nipples... :| Ha, then last class had to go get school photos... fail... So.. on Saturday I went with Sophia, her host parents and my host mum to another city, Cricuba or something.. I actually have no idea.. But it took about 5 hours to get there. Right down the South of Santa Catarina.
On the way there I saw some dude who'd fallen off his motorbike. I kinda wanted to cry.

Also on the way I saw a pretty damn big cow.. that was making sugar cane juice. I kinda hated it.. by that I mean the way the cow was treated. She was just walking around in a circle tied to some wooden thing that crused the sugar cane and made it into juice. :/

Yeah.. anyway.. My host Grandparents are proof of crazy Brazilians hahah.. when I got there my host mum yelled out and then host Granny came running out screaming.. full on. I think I broke my ear this weekend. At the dinner table it's like a fight of who can scream to another person the loudest.Hahah. Even the little ones.. Not that they were at the table at the time. (TWINS FTW) They wouldn't even look at me at the start. Shy as haha. But then I played soccer with them and they liked me.. infact one of them wouldn't leave me alone :P So cute when a little kid wants to hold your hand all the time nyawwwww :)

After eating lots and lots and lots and feeling like crap after.. we went to a famous church and I was all. I AM JESUS! In my head.. but yeah.. didn't wanna be rude or anything. But lol at the picture.......

Yeeep.. hahaha. Then we drove back to Host Granny's place sat around for a bit and waited for Sophia's host parents to come pick us up...

Then a really super fun car trip home >_> Took like 8 hours.. epic fail. We got stuck in traffic for about two hours going just over 10km/h on average, oh and we were stopped a lot of the time too. Kinda just wanted to get out and walk, my back was hurting so much :/ fail. Ohh wellll....

Today was just amazing.

So today I woke up from an alarm going off over and over.. then once I finally got back to sleep I had a bad dream and woke up again, but had half an hour til I had to get ready so just stayed up and went on msn. Got updated about sad news from home. Walked to school. On the way I tripped and cut my toe open >_> Get to school. It's cold and I don't have a jumper. My head phones on one side break - or so I think. I go to the sickbay at lunch to get a bandaid and she puts a massive bandage thing on it.. Which gets laughed at... Then I go back to class and want to show Sophia a song.. then one side of her headphones don't work in my ipod. Therefor. Ipod is broken. (ARGH!) So I start drawing again and then my pencil keeps on breaking.. I suppose that's not too bad, it happens all the time - but it just added to my anger.. Thennn, end of school, I start to walk to the restaurant.. and it starts pouring down rain >_> so my toe gets wet.. in the bandage.. and now possibly infected... uggggghhhhhhhhhhhh. Someone make my day better k? Please? Thanks.
