Ever been stuck in traffic?

LIAR! You haven’t been stuck in traffic until you've been in Brasil. Try almost EIGHT hours to get to your destination that should be a more or less THREE hour drive -.-

So I’m in Penha. A city which is riiight next to Picarras, where they hold Bali Hai.. huge beach party, which I shall attend on the 8^th. You’re invited. Currently waiting for Emma to come back from her sailing boat :’( That’s what you get for not having reception and losing your phone… this is probably THE worst time to have lost my phone >_<

Ever gotten your car stuck in the sand at the beach when the tide’s coming in and flowing over the wheels letting you sink in further and further?

No, neither have I. BUT, definitely saw it to someone else and attempted to help them out of it.. pushing, pulling, digging out sand.. all that junk. Waiting for miracles .. that worked, until the rope broke, then we waited until some other guy came along with a big ute and a stronger tape rope, what a winner. There would have been like 7 people pushing the car and the ute pulling it out at the same time… the wheels were almost completely sunk into the sand, it was pretty intense – but funny. There’s the lesson for the day kids, don’t drive on the beach, or at least not near the water ;)

Laguna.

Got back from North East, spent some cherished time with my newbies and close friends, then headed off to Laguna beach with my host family for Christmas and new years :) Oh yeah.. host family/friends made me a little surprise party when I got back from NE, it was cute. I got thrown in the pool with all my clothes on... thennn, I managed to get almost everyone else in as well :D (photos will not be issued right now as I´m not on my computer and some other jazz.)
Anywho, Laguna´s been pretty good.. just chillin out all day, every day.. Christmas was.. different.. It´s not as much of a big deal as it is in Aus. I wouldn´t have even thought it was a big deal there anyway.. but having the experience here makes it all different. brb going out. will update laterzzz
